Attorney Maureen Raiche Manning
Attorney Maureen Raiche Manning is a lifelong resident of New Hampshire whose practice includes representing injured victims in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and workers’ compensation. Maureen, who has practiced law in New Hampshire for 30 years, obtained an undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire and a law degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. She is a founding member and first President of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association, and is a past-president of the New Hampshire Association for Justice. Attorney Manning served three terms in the New Hampshire House of Representatives and remains the youngest woman ever to serve in the New Hampshire legislature.
Attorney Anna Goulet Zimmerman
Attorney Anna Goulet Zimmerman is a compassionate legal advocate representing clients in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, and family law and divorce. Born and raised in Vermont, Attorney Zimmerman is admitted to practice law in both New Hampshire and Maine. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of New Vermont and a law degree from the University of Maine School of Law. Attorney Zimmerman is the President of the New Hampshire Association for Justice, the Manchester Bar Association, the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association, and the Zonta Club of Concord. She previously served on the New Hampshire Association for Justice’s Board of Governors, and has published a guide for military families navigating divorce entitled Divorce in the Trenches.
Attorney Michaila M. Oliveira
Attorney Michaila M. Oliveira is a graduate of the prestigious Daniel Webster Scholar program at the University of New Hampshire School of Law. Attorney Oliveira served as a judicial intern with the New Hampshire Family Division and focuses her practice on all areas of family law, including divorce, parenting rights, post-divorce modification and enforcement, guardianships, restraining orders, and child support matters. She is admitted to practice in New Hampshire federal and state courts.
Attorney Oliveira is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Merrimack County Bar Association, the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association, and the New Hampshire Association for Justice.
Attorney Ellen Musinsky
Attorney Ellen Musinsky brings a lifetime of work in teaching, litigation, and community service to the practice of law at Manning & Zimmerman. Ellen’s career includes serving as Professor Emerita of the University of New Hampshire School of Law. Her litigation experience spans more than two decades, including 25 years in New Hampshire state courts as well as state and federal administrative agencies. Ellen has taught family law in her long career in teaching, which includes serving as a member of the clinical faculty at the University of New Hampshire School of Law. Ellen’s influence on New Hampshire laws includes drafting the state domestic violence statute, including many revisions. She has drafted substantial revisions of the child protection statutes and has helped with many revisions of New Hampshire’s divorce laws.
Ellen’s past active roles include being a founder of the New Hampshire Women’s Lobby, a founder of the Citizens’ Alliance for Gay and Lesbian Rights, a board member of the New Hampshire Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union, and the board Chair and Treasurer of the New Hampshire Coalition against Domestic and Sexual Violence. She currently serves as a Board member of the New Hampshire Comprehensive Cancer Collaboration. She is also the recipient of many awards, which include the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association‘s Marilla Ricker Award.
Attorney Robert Raiche
Attorney Robert Raiche is a lifelong New Hampshire resident who graduated from Nathaniel Hawthorne College in 1968, majoring in Business Administration and Political Science. Attorney Raiche later received a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire and his Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 1980. A recipient of the “Lawyer of the Year” award presented by the Manchester Bar Association, Attorney Raiche was appointed as Honorary Consul to France, was the National Chairman of the Board of Partners of the Americas, and served as President of the Manchester Joliet Club. A fluent French-speaker, Bob was appointed by President Jimmy Carter as U.S. Marshal for New Hampshire from 1977-1980.
